Wishes from the Poly Beach?

Hi Everyone,

I am thinking of watching Wishes from the beach at the Polynesian our first night. Will we be able to hear the music ... is it piped in?

We did this several years ago on our first night..... Not Wishes, but Fantasy in the Sky... and it really was our favorite moment of the whole week.

Has anyone done this recently?

We stayed at the Poly in December 2004. It was a great place to watch Wishes. The music was piped in but it may have been only on the main beach (in front of the volcano pool). Now sure if it was on the beach closer to the transporation center.

We just got back a few days ago from the Poly...there are a number of great spots on the beach to watch the fireworks, but you can only hear the piped-in music near the Great Ceremonial House. However if the wind is right and it isn't too noisy, you can occasionally hear the music drifting over the lake from MK.

Even without the music, the views are great from the Poly!

If you view wishes from the poly, dont forget to stay and watch the electrical water pageant too

we were ther3 weeks ago and could hear the music and see the fireworks from our balcony. The music was from the park however, not piped in....also sat in the sand or hammock to watch them....it is so beautiful as I think that even when in the park WISHES is better seen back away from the castle...so the view from POLY is spectacular!!
