Wishes FP+ viewing area (sorry, I'm sure this answer is somewhere)...

I just booked a Wishes FP+. The map on the Fast Pass page shows the bubble marker as being right next to the castle (in water? ) This doesn't look like a good spot at all. I know it's not in the water, but it just looks too close to the castle.

I know there are two viewing areas, so did I get the less favorable one?

We had a FP for this in September.

You can go to either side with the FP+. We sat on the side in front of The Plaza. Really good view and no fighting for space. I believe the other area is in front of Crystal Palace.

Thanks! I just found a thread with Robo's map of the viewing areas, so I guess the bubble marker on the MDE page is just showing where the fireworks are (at the castle), rather than where the viewing areas are.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Well, Robo's map does show the correct viewing areas, so if the MDE map is indicating anyplace other than what his map shows, then it's not the viewing area.

Right. The FP marker on the MDE page show where the attraction/experience is. In the case of Wishes, it shows the castle. It doesn't show the FP viewing area.
