Wishes FP location and how full

We will be at MK on July 3 and my daughter had shoulder surgery and is in a large sling. I am also still recovering from surgery myself. What is the area like and how crowded is it for Wishes FP? We need a spot that won't be really crowded with the chance of someone hitting or bumping my daughter or me.

Any suggestions and information would be greatly appreciated.

As of right now they aren't offering fastpass for the fireworks on July 3rd.

They are doing special fireworks on the 3rd and 4th, and from what I understand MK is going to be very crowded.

One option, if it is offered on July 3, is to try the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage. You would be on a boat in the Seven Seas Lagoon and have an excellent view of Wishes. It is a lot of fun, you have an uncrowded experience, and get to meet a few "friends"!
