Wishes for Adults

Hi,

My husband's co-worker's wife was just given three to six months to live. She has liver cancer that has spread. Is there any organizations that Grant Wishes for the families??? She would love to take her 2 & 13 year old to WDW. My husband's office has setup a fund to try to get the money together to send them and I told them I would look on-line to see if their was any organzation that does this for families.
