Hi.

Never got fast pass for wishes.

Is it worth it. And where do you go or stand for it.

Thanks

We just had a fast pass for wishes 2 weeks ago. We were in the new garden area in front of the Plaza. The only positive I could see was that we honestly walked into the viewing area (which was a nice view) at 8:35 for the 9 pm show. We were shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of others and the people in front of us were holding their kids on their shoulders. If you want a nice spot without waiting an hour or more... It is worth it.

Were you shoulder to shoulder in the viewing area? with kids on parent shoulders? It doesn't sound like that would be a nice spot then. Am I missing something?

We went during spring break and were in the area in front of Casey's. We walked in about 15/20 minutes before it started. We were actually able to sit on the grass/turf to watch. It was surprisingly not over-crowded. Based on our experience, I'd do the FP again.

Below is a "work-in-progress" of my overview of the new Hub.
Some of the "outer" sidewalks shown have not been built yet.
Some of the unfinished areas have since been finished.
Again, a work-in-progress, all the way around.

We did wishes FP for the first time Easter weekend. Choose the east side closer to tomorrowland. It was really nice. We sat on the back railing and had plenty of room.

Most people were standing up at the railing in the front, others were sitting down, and then a few on the back rail.

We're doing the FP again tomorrow night

Thanks.
Do you choose the side you want.

I did get fastpass for May 30.
I hate the crowds. But every time we go my Daughter wants to see wishes.

So could you go early at 9:00 and watch the parade from there.

1. So far, yes.

2. You can go in very early (up to 2 hours before Wishes)
but you can't see the parade from there. There will be layers of curbside guests
standing between you and the parade.

For us Wishes was at 10 we left Asmo at shortly after 9..we were able to park a few rows from TTC. By time we got to MK it was about 9:35. They had the cut through open so wevused that instead of main street. Loved it...plaza side looked very busy so we went to Casey side. The entrances are opposide of Main street. We walked in and went all the way to end (closet to Main street) and had no problem findingan area to sit on astro turf.

What made it a nice spot was that I got there 20 minutes before the fireworks started and basically had the same spot as the people standing 10 feet away who protected their spot for the last hour.

Good to know. I didn't know how early we should go. It says 8:40 for the time.

That would be cutting it too close for me.
That's just 5 min. before Celebrate the Magic" begins.

We watched from The Plaza side last week and it was delightful! It was not crowded, we pretty much had an entire section of the turf to ourselves, it was a great view and provided great pics/videos (just had to be careful for the light poles). We went in around 9:15 for 10:00 Wishes because we got ice cream at The Plaza and needed a place to sit and enjoy! We loved the experience, it made for a great final night of our trip!

So, if you FP Wishes you need to move from your parade spot to the Wishes spot and not stay in the same place for both?

Yes, we had friends who watched the parade first then joined us in the Wishes FP area. We watched the parade a few days prior so didn't need to see it again. We were still able to enjoy the music and see the tops of the floats but it would not be ideal viewing if it was your one and only opportunity to see the parade.

The current parade FP location is poor viewing for Wishes and terrible viewing for Celebrate the Magic.
