I think they mean the table in the restaurant that looks like a boat. I believe, from some YouTube videos I've seen, it's hit or miss, I don't think it's reserved, but you may be able to request it as long as you are a larger party. I don't see them sitting a party of two there.

It's like the diving bell at Jock Lindsey's - if it's available you can be seated there...but it's never available.
