Wishes Fast-Pass; sitting or standing.

My only experience with fast-passing Wishes was about a year ago. We got there early, found a lovely spot on the fake grass to sit down and about 5 min's before Wishes started everyone in front of us stood up, even though we could have of all seen the fireworks perfectly if everyone in the fast-pass area sat.

Do people normally get up and stand in the fast-pass area? Is the dream of being able to sit while watching Wishes dead.

There are no longer any fast passes for wishes. The old FP area on the right (looking toward the castle) is now for the dessert party and the left side is open to all. This just recently happened so it (the left side) may become a much more crowded spot for once the general public realizes it is no longer off limits.

We sat and watched it in the FP area during spring break. I think it all depends on the people up in the front, if they stand everyone will stand. I agree with you, it's nice to be able to sit down and enjoy it. On a side note, I believe they eliminated the FP for wishes so it's a moot point going forward.

Last Summer we were sitting near the back of the Fast Pass area prior to it starting and the Cast Members came into the area and insisted we all stood up telling us sitting was not allowed. I had such big blister on my feet I just wanted to sit down. I believe that they have stopped the Wishes Fast Pass.

I guess if you can't sit, I'm not too sad that fast-pass has been eliminated for Wishes.

We sat every time in the half-dozen times we used a Wishes FP+. Being at the back of the garden helped. CMs would walk through, ask people to stand and then everyone in the back session just sat back down.

I'm sad Disney discontinued the FP+ reservations for Wishes, I'm hoping the one garden open to the public isn't overflowing with people now.
