Wishes Dessert Party with little kids?

Any one attend the dessert party with young children recently? Is it worth it for them? I think the price is $12.99 per child, I can't imagine my kids eating $13 worth of desserts. They'd probably eat a few cookies and be done with the buffet I'm considering this really for the prime fireworks view. I think it will be a nice way to end our trip. I'd just wondering if it's a child friendly event or more suitable for older children?
