Just called to get pricing for the Disney Wishes Dessert Party and the price was $27. Is that what the high price for is peak season? We are going the end of November, I didn't think that was a peak season at all! Or is this party of the August 1st Price Increase?? I also called for Mickey's Christmas Party and the price was $57! I know that is higher than what that says online! I wonder if these price increases are because pricing is supposed to go up August 1st.

Anyways, do you think it would be too much to do The Dessert Party the day of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? I want to have a good view of the castle and stage and I don't think I would see as much if I was sitting in the terrace. Does anyone know when the Christmas Parade Starts on those nights?

Well just wanted to let you guys know of the price increase for the Dessert Party!:headache:

The price appears to have been increased for all reservations the last time the dates for the party were extended. The dessert party has proved extremely popular and I think Disney is trying to see how high they can push the price and still fill the parties.

Totally agree - we paid $17.00/adult last July (which is peak season), when parties started, and we thought that was overpriced. I can't imagine paying $27.00.

Wonder what the threshold will be for people before it's too high? November must be holiday season (Thanksgiving and getting ready for Christmas)?

we also paid $17 last year for august and so loved it that paying $27 is a no-brainer for us!! we are also skipping lunch that day and having an early 3:30 dinner, w/wishes at 10pm, so it's not only dessert it will be our "dinner" :)

what kind of desserts do they have?

Oh my gosh, all kinds! I keep looking at pictures of it and it makes me so hungry. I have seen chocolate chip cookies, chocolate truffles, banana creme tarts, fruit tarts, pistachio creme brulee, chocolate cheesecake shooters, regular cheesecake shooters, mango shooters, probably a lot more but i can't think. They also have unlimited beverages.

I used to serve delicious dinners with wonderful desserts (yes, I've checked around and they were wonderful) but, I knew that there was something missing. After working in the Food Service Industry, I learned that the little things complete the bigpicture.
