Wishes Dessert Party - Pay in Advance?

I got my reservation for the Wishes Dessert Party last month. When my credit card came in, there was a charge for the Party. I thought that you weren't charged until the day of the party. Has anyone been charged right after they made their reservation?

I was also.... As PP stated, it's the same as "CRT" or, pretty much, any other "hard-ticket" event.

We were also billed right away - I booked for October 14th in late August and it was right there on the CC bill just a week later. You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance and get a full refund.

As stated above, it's paid in advance. If you can't make it, you need to cancel within the cancellation policy.

Is it worth the cost?

I just noticed they extended the dates. Wondering if I should consider the dessert party instead of ordering a special cake.
