Seeing that you have to prepay for the event I was wondering if you are able to cancel and receive a refund?

Yes. Up to 48 hours before the event. I cancelled a reservation in June and was refunded

That's what they told me when I reserved it the other day. She even went so far as to tell me which day and time I would have to cancel by in order to get a refund.
