Wishes Dessert Party ADR Watch Thread December 1-29 2012 Now Open!

Just checked as of 11:30 today and they were only booking until June 30th. Wanted to let you all know..although I have heard that things have opened up later on the 23rd in past months!!! Happy Reserving!!!

Does anyone know if they have the dessert party on nights they have MNSSHP or MVMCP?

I'm pretty certain that they do not hold Dessert Parties on nights they have MNSSHP/MVMCP.

What kind of cancellation policy does the Dessert Party have? I ask because I'd really love to do this on DD's 6th birthday (6/2), but it's booked up. This would be so fun to do with her that evening, and I'm wondering how often I should stalk the reservation site? TIA!!

Is this similiar to how HoopDeDoo and other shows with assigned seating works? In other words, the sooner you book the better your chances of getting a table on the railing?

Or does it have to do with what time you arrive the night of the party?

You can call Disney Dining or use the online dining reservations.

In my experience, the soon you book the closer you are to the rail. Tables are assigned prior to your arrival that night.

Keep checking & even calling, plans change and cancelations happen. I'm not 100% sure but there is probably a 24-48 hours in advance cancelation policy. But since this is paid in advance, if someone were unable to go they will surely cancel so they can get their money refunded.

I'm with ya! Impatience is my middle name these days. I have all my ADRs and plans solidified, just waiting on this little beauty to make my trip plans complete I check at least 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). Any day now

I'm checking it for the same reason! This and MNSSHP are the only two things I have left to book for my Sept. trip!
