Just a little update for all those that had to book with the "phantom toddler". I just called & the CM was able to "modify" my Sept. reservation & drop the toddler. My reservation list online now shows a party of 2.

So this may be a dumb question but I just searched for Nov 16, 2011 and was told that there was nothing available.

So how do I know it's sold out vs not being sold yet?

Subscribe to this thread and keep an eye on it, people check daily when waiting for the dessert party dates to be released. You will see it here first unless you happen to be the one who checks and finds November is booking.
If you happen to find out that November is open to book please post it here so that others may book their dates too.

So this may be a dumb question but I just searched for Nov 16, 2011 and was told that there was nothing available.

So how do I know it's sold out vs not being sold yet?

The only way to know for sure, especially if no one on here has commented about the dates opening up, is to call 407-939-3463

That is not always true as people have called and been told by the CM's on the phone that the dates they inquired about are "sold out" even before they have even gone on sale.

True, but for October's release dates, no one on here knew that people had been making reservations for about a week before someone called. I say check on here, call a couple of hundred times and cross your fingers...seems to work - well most of the time...

First I heard that about October being released a week earlier, I know I had checked early morning as always and there was nothing then later about 11am someone posted it was open, trouble was it was only open for booking up to Oct 8th online. I then called myself to see if i could book for Oct 22nd, and after the CM I was speaking with checked she determined that only Oct 1-8 was loaded in the system. Next day it was all loaded and available to book online.

I just wish Disney would get their act together with this booking policy for the dessert party so everyone did not have to go thru this month after month.

I love your theory btw especially call a couple of hundred times

Not-so-patiently waiting for mid-November to open up! After reading about this since 2009, DD and I are dying to go - DH has no choice - he loves Wishes but is afraid he'll overindulge with so many desserts available!

can I ask a question? I know I tip at the regular buffets but do I tip at wishes dessert party? Sorry if this is a dumb question I just want to do the right thing.

I don't...only because no one is actually 'serving' you. Everyone gets their own desserts as well as drinks. I also tip at regular buffets.

I thought hey what the heck I will try the online system again and I put in 11/14/2011 choose 9:00 PM from the times and an availability came up for 7:20 PM!

Does that mean November is open?

Also - maybe a dumb question why are there different times to choose from, 7,8 and 9 PM?

I could not believe my eyes that November was open, was thinking I would get the same "nothing available" message.
