It should open up soon. It's already Aug.... so maybe in about a week or two? I hope that you get the date you want!

With all the discounts coming out today I'm not surprised they didn't release the Oct dates .... but hurry up already!

For those people that said they could not book for a party of 2 and were going to just book a phantom child...are you planning on calling back to cancel the child or leave it as a space reserved/taken for the party? I too want to book for a party of 2 and want to know what should be done, if I can't get it for a party of 2 but have to book for 3.

I keep checking for October dates to be available for booking. I will be out of the country mid August and don't want to miss the opportunity to book our ADR for the dessert party.

I do recall reading someone say they booked for 3 then were able to call and cancel 1. I am not sure what I will do but I do know if I have to book with a phantom child I will, I have been waiting too long to book the party.

Wishes will be showing 3x during our stay but only one date fits my schedule without the need to shift parks and ADRs so I really want it for that one day.
If only Disney released the party at 180 days like the other ADRs if you had to shift plans around to book it , you would still be able to adjust your other ADRs, this far out it is near impossible if you have ADRs at the more popular restaurants.

I have only left to book our hot air balloon ride with Thompson Aire and we will be finished! It is so nice to finally have almost everything accomplished! thanks! The only thing that was said was that the third person would be canceled, but all the rest of the information would stay the same. Same confirmation number and all. It's showing on my reservation page and has 2 guests. She was really nice!

I cant believe Sept 11th was all booked up for 2 people. I booked mine around 11am and its a good thing. Alot more popular then back in 2009. We had no problems booking then

Yep. I double checked for 25th. It's solidly booked for 2 people. But there's availability for 3 so you could still book and call Dinsey Dining and cancel one.

Of course the day I'm working a 12 hour shift & not online is when Disney releases Sundays in Sept!! I knew that would happen! Didn't matter tho, we were still able to book for Sept 11th, the day I really wanted. Still had to book the phantom grandchild tho. I'm begining to think Disney only books 1 or 2 parties of 2.

Since we got in on Sept 11, I cancelled the party on Sept 12th (Monday) for a party of 3, if anyone is looking for that day. Good luck all!!

I am glad you were able to reserve Sept 11th even if you did have to book with your phantom grandchild. I hear you about them releaseing it when you had to work. I do not work(retired) but do go out shopping 3-4 times a month and have thought the same thing , that is when they will release my Oct date.
It does seem rather odd that there is such a problem to book for a party of two

I am trying to keep track of the Wishes Dessert party because I would LOVE to go! We are going Nov 10-21. I was trying to scan through the thread and think I saw notes of people getting ressies in October - is this correct?

What is the farthest out people have gotten their reservations?
