Historically, the earlier you book (meaning prior to your trip when you made your ressie, not the time of your ressie) the closer to the front you are. People do stand at the railing, but it you have a front row seat you can stay at your table and still watch from your seat. The tables in the back are pretty crowded and smashed together. The front row feels a little less claustrophobic

See every year we go we get front row. I just assumed it was because we were a party of 6 and the larger tables are at the front.

That's funny because we're a party of two and we've always been up front too, ha! I really do think (based on years of reports and our own experience) that its based on when you book. (Or at least it used to be.)

We always have the first table right when you walk in. Tink flys right over us, the kids love it.

I know I don't post a lot but I do tend to read a bit...
so I hear stories that photopass photographers no longer exist in this area.... now I am not trying to start a debate to weather memory maker is worth the money this that or the other thing. To be honest most my camera equipment is not cheap and I hate handing it to anyone to use. I really didn't mind the pictures we got the last time and better yet I got to be in them.
I feel that we pay a decent price for this party and we also pay for memory maker why should they not put the photopass photographer on board.
so i propose people start emailing them and hitting them up on twitter and face book, asking them if there will be one and if not why it was taken away... i am kinda hoping we can sway them to bring it back. well anyone on board??? anyone have a better idea?

The Tomorrowland Terrace is a QS restaurant that is open seasonally ie when WDW is crowded.

The Dessert Party is located at the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant and takes place almost every night.

Agree! Our first time going in August and will be closing out our last night there with this. Really wish they would have this!

I have a question. If I want to do the dessert party at 9 on a night there is a Xmas party at MK, they won't ask us to leave right? I been hearing that they get people out before the Mickey Xmas party but what what if I want to watch the fireworks at the dessert party?
