Wishes Dessert Party ADR Watch Thread #3-book @ 180 Days Now!

I went into "My Disney Experience" then clicked on "Find a Table" under Make Dining Reservations. In that area I just searched by date and chose 9:00 as my search time. All the restaurants available come right up.

Tried again following these instructions. Still get "No Times Available". The reason I am interested is that this is NOT THE FIRST TIME that some people are able to get ADR using the website and others show no availability. How a website can operate differently from one person's computer to another's is beyond me, but like I said, it's happened before as reported on this thread several pages back.

The TT Dessert Party is now a 180 day out ADR. It used to be a 90 day. BUT.... there are certain exceptions, it seems, to the 180 day out policy. ie: WDW can reserve the right to deny ADR's at and after the 180 day mark for whatever reason they see fit. So those of us waiting for dates in Sept beyond the 7th SHOULD be able to get ADRs but currently cannot and have no idea WHEN or IF we will be able to

Okay this is my most frustrating morning yet. I'm hoping the CM I spoke with today doesn't have a clue as he wasn't too familiar with a venue search but he told me that the sept 13th party was available but all booked up and that he could see reservations on the system that others had booked?????? I'm hoping he doesn't know what he's talking about as he told me the 15th was avail but all booked too! Ugh!!!
Did anyone else have luck this morning?

My experience was the same as most mornings. She did not see any reservations booked on Sept 11. Nothing like getting the one uninformed one to make you question your sanity.

still waiting to talk to cm...... longer than avg. wait this morning.... about 15 mins so far.

EDIT: s-t-i-l-l ...... w-a-i-t-i-n-g Serious thoughts as to whether or not this is worth it!!!!!!

I know right??? I seemed to know more than he did about the resos so I'm hoping that is a good sign that he didn't know what he was talking about.

I hear you I'm starting to think my lost sleep by waking up this ridiculously early the past 13+ days may be more worth it than this reso. I need to put a cut off point in my head to throw in the towel.

Today's CM said, in her way too chipper (even for Disney) voice..... "the 180 day mark is not a 'policy' but a 'courtesy' extended to WDW guests. They do not have to hold by that."
She kept repeating it. Semantics!! I told her that if it's not the policy then on the website and wherever else it's written, they need to put and asterisk next to the 180 and clarify with "ADR's may or may not be available at this mark". Just so we're being up-front and honest here about things. Ya know? CM today told me that this is "not unusual for Sept TT Dessert Party bc of the finalization of the dates for MNSSHP."

I wish I had not already told the rest of the family about this stupid dessert party. They are all excited and I hate to cancel and disappoint them. If it were up to me tho..... I'd be DONE with this TODAY!!

I know I wish I had not told my kids either. Every morning when I get my 9 year old up for school (almost 2 hrs after my call) the first thing she asks is if I got the dessert party. Ugh!

I haven't told anyone about this yet and I am just about to give up. It would be nice but it's not worth the frustration and being on the phone during my morning commute everyday and waking up early on the weekends for.

I'm starting to also wonder if I am now on some super secret Disney BlackList.

"She's the one that keeps emailing us and complaining - she'll never get a reservation! bwah-ha-ha!"

*puts on my tinfoil mouse ears*
