Thanks for everone watching for the rest of July. The WDW website is such a pain that it was easier to check th Dis to find out when the rest of July opened . They really need to fix that !

Anyway got our first choice........the first night of our vacation. July 26 at 9 pm for a party of 5. .
$149. and change for 5 adults (which is really just 2 adults and 3 teenagers) ............OUCH!
May have to rethink if we do this one anymore. I cant honestly say if its worth that kind of $$$. I guess it beats fighting for a fireworks spot !
This will be our second time doing the party, and cant wait. Great way to kick off a vacation !

Yeah! Got in for July 12th.

My kids will be so excited when they hear. My little one uses a wheelchair and has, as we call it, a 'delicate head'. Can't do the major crowds, so he's never been in the parks for fireworks. Usually just watch from the parking lot (saw it from a pirate boat once ). This will be his first time, thanks to you guys!

We are going to try this for the first time in August (hopefully). I have two possible dates that we can make it happen but really want it to be our first night. Come on August!!!

skiptomypooh and sannibel: you will both love the experience! we did it for the first time when DD and DS were in their 20s and they expressly ordered it for all upcoming trips! Don't think you have to rush when the party ends. We are the last to leave, even helping the CMs with moving a table or 2 and soaking up the wonder of being together ....on Main Street...in the glow of a million lights...and the Castle all to ourselves

Would be able to watch the 9pm electrical parade from the street close to the terrace and then head up for the desert party if we reserve for 9:15?
I read your table is pre assigned right?
Or would we be better to try to catch the 11pm parade afterwards? It is an EMH night

I just made my reservation for July 19 for 9 people. I was wondering what time the reservations opened up??? I hope I was one of the first to reserve since I have heard that is how your table is selected. Can anyone else confirm that rumor?

It's $29.81 for adults and $15.97 for 9 and under. We got our party of 9 for July 22. This will be the first time for the dessert party for 6 of the 9! Now I'm hoping for dry weather!!

I got an error message EVERY time I tried to book this party online.
It's best to call.

Is 27.99 and 14.99 regular or peak pricing for July? I was thinking about later August and I am rethinking now if this is regular pricing. Also do they add 18% tip onto the price?

That's the regular pricing. The peak pricing is $29.81 for adults and $15.97 and that's what is cost for July. I'm not sure when it switches back to regular pricing. My thought is late August or after Labor Day.

you can certainly arrive early. We watched both the parade and everything after. They should tell you at time of ADR, but be sure and ask when you can arrive. I sure hope we get in this year! It's becoming a "known gem" instead of a "hidden gem"and when we go, the MVMCP gets in the way

That is the cost of the party, with added 6.5% tax is the $29.81 A, $15.97 C

Never saw or heard mention of any tip incl. or otherwise. This is a totally self-serve event.

Well I am really going to have to think about this one then. I mean $105 for us 4 is quite steep, and even though I do think it is worth it, if there was horrible weather and the fireworks got cancelled I would be really crushed to spend money on that.

I completely understand!!
I am so happy that I've finally booked for mid-July.
It was torture having 11 days open and then 4 1/2 days later the rest opened.
I was so afraid I would miss it and not get a reservation.

I asked the CM to check how many reservation were made before mine for the same day. He said there were 3, so I was 4th.
