Just wanted to wish you all luck with getting your reservations!

I was just writing a blog entry about the Dessert Party and was wondering how much the prices might have gone up from last year. It's amazing how frustrating it is to get current information on this event and getting reservations.

anyone who might be on the fence, IMO, it's definitely worth it!! Good luck!!

Hey James!! If it helps your research at all my daughter and I went last year in June and paid $25pp and like you I believe it was well worth it. The only downside (if you can call it that) was that we missed the Electric Parade but we have seen it many times before. We were excited to find out this year they have added second parade at 11pm so we will be able to see both!!

Thank you soooooo much for having threads dedicated to this! I have spent the past hour searcning for info on the fireworks dessert party. And if I'm understanding this correctly, if I plan to go in august, the dates for ADR's won't open up until July?

Subscribe to this thread and keep watching. Disney tends to flop all over the place with the release of dates for this party.

For whatever unknown reason, although the CMs will tell you it's a 90 day reservation period, the past few months have been about 30 days out. But, again, we have no idea if they will change back to another time. Being subscribed to this list will definitlely help you get your reservation!

Pricing (tax included): Adult $25.55 Child: $13.84
If you're going during a holiday season, it will probably be higher. Other situations at Disney can change the price from time to time as well.

I found this to be true when I was waiting for Oct to open. There is a spot on the sub spot that says instant notification, but I know in Aug/Sept when I subbed I was only getting occasional notifications. Subbed today for June. Maybe someone can answer for us.

Why are so many of you trying to squeeze in a rather late ts dinner followed by the dessert party? Is it just for the uncrowded view of wishes? After dinner at CRT there is no way I could enjoy the awesome dessert options at the party. I skipped dinner completely before the party last year and just had a light savoury snack afterwards since I really craved that after all the wonderful sugary stuff.
