Wishes Celebration Cruise???

I booked this pontoon cruise last summer and we enjoyed it. We've done Illuminations Celebration cruises in the past also, but I see that instead of the usual water, soft drinks and celebration cake, it now says that you may order from Disney Private Dining. Has anyone done this recently and if so do you remember the items available to choose from? As I said, our cruises have all included the drinks and cake so this is a new option for us when I go to book the cruise.
