Wishes before BOR reservations

I would love some opinions on this....

We are going in February with a group of 11 (yes, the logistics of this is really testing my planning capabilities!). The only dinner reservation I can get for all of us is at 8:15pm. I checked and Wishes is at 8:00 that night. Do you think that would work? Would we have time to watch all of Wishes and then make the reservation? And if we did, how do late reservations work with park close? It will close at 9pm that night....would our meal be rushed?? Or do they let you leave the park later than close?

Wishes is abut 12 minutes long. How late you are is probably going to depend on where you are watching the show and how quickly you can get through the crowd to the restaurant.
