I am arriving on Saturday October 9, 2004. I would like to go to Chef Mickey's for dinner. (it's our first time!) I don't know if Wishes will be going on or not. Can someone tell me if they think it is a good possibility and if so what time should i make a PS for Chef Mickey's. Thanks soooo much. these boards are great!

In case you dont want to waste a park day on your ticket just to see Wishes (if thats the case), or deal with the crowds-know that you can see some of Wishes from the CR. Chef Mickeys is on the 4th floor-go to the opposite end of the building (past the shops) and on the side there are doors leading out to a balcony where you can see most of the show. Music is piped in as well.

Since Disney introduced Wishes late last year, they seem to be attempting to present it on a very consistent basis. If this continues, I would say the likelihood that Wishes is showing that Saturday is high. That said, we've been disappointed during the September/October timeframe in the past with respect to the schedules. As the previous poster points out, you can go up to the observation deck to view Wishes after doing Chef Mickey or you can get on the monorail and go over to the Poly beach to watch the presentation.
