They opened their last gift first thing this morning, I am just now getting time to upload the photos to show you.

This package is from Diane (Dis name ??)

We are booked on the Ardastra Garden and city tour for our excursion in the Bahamas. Ardastra Garden has famous marching flamingo's. Reed loves flamingos and always wants to visit them during a trip to the zoo, so we thought he would really enjoy marching flamingos! They are going to look SO cute when we go and they get to wear their new outfits!!


Thank you so much Diane for the super cute outfits for their Bahama's excursion!! The clothes fit great and look so adorable!! We LOVE them!!

Diane's Dis name is DianeMom2 She does outstanding work and I love these outfits -- they look fabulous being modeled and I can't wait to see the kid's pics with the flamingos! Be prepared for people to be gushing over them at Ardastra Garden!

3 Packages in one day!!! Holy Smokes. Excited Kids!!!

OK, I will post them separately. I let the kids pick two boxes to open today and told them they could open the 3rd one tomorrow (Sunday) since I know no other Mickey mail will be coming then. Spreading out the excitement.

Package #1 opened came from Allyson (DnA2010), Dorian and Maria.

I-tunes gift card, so Reed can pick out a new movie to watch while traveling. Now even the getting there part of his wish trip will be fun!

Super cute card you all sent, both kids enjoyed playing with the card too! Aziza was so happy to get Disney princess Uno cards to play, this will keep her happy during traveling too! Sorry, somehow I didn't get a picture of her finding those. I guess b/c Reed was so quick tearing into the candies, I turned to photograph him and missed her.

Here is all the goodies before Reed started eating them up.

It got to me pretty quick!! Thank you so much! We got Reed a new Barny movie last night. He has been enjoying having a new movie to watch! The smarties are great! I should say were great. lol. Reed dug right in. That boy loves his candy!! I tried a few and they are really good! Wonderful they make them with natural dyes!! Thank you so much for the gift. I took a picture of Reed this afternoon actually while he was watching his new show. I will post it soon when I get a chance...there are still a few more pictures I want to capture of the kids b/c they are having such fun with their gifts!!

I love using bright colors and the flamingo theme was right up my alley. My older dd absolutely adores flamingos. She insists we go to Sarasota Jungle Garden every year when we visit my in-laws. She loves to see the flamingos there. Thank you so much for the sweet card that you sent. We can't wait to see a few pictures of the kids visiting the zoo and getting to see the flamingos!

We took Reed to Minnesota for his 3rd visit in the Natural History Study of Sanfilippo syndrome. He recovered quickly from anesthesia and everything went fine. I want to post a few pictures of the kids wearing their outfits or playing with their big give gifts.

Day 1 of our trip. We got to our hotel room and Reed was ready for a movie and a nap! Thank you Allyson for the move and thank you Ruth for the blanket they were both handy every single day of our trip! (Airplane rides, naps, and the hospital) I only took Reed's blanket to save room in my carry on luggage, but it was plenty big for two on the airplane.

Mall of America (we go there every single evening every time we go to Minnesota)! Aziza being silly in her Jessie outfit!!

I loved having our bedside trays!! Thank you Deborah.

Thanks to Leslie's gift Aziza actually saw our bag loading onto the airplane. I asked her how she knew it was ours and she said "I saw the Mickey mouse handle mom". Thank you Leslie our bag was just as easy to spot when it came out of the baggage carousel too.

Day 2 of our visit Reed is getting all checked over before his day of cognitive testing starts. I love him in his Mickey shirt from Deborah!

After a whole day of cognitive testing he crashed out within about 2 min. of leaving the testing room!!

Back at the MofA for some evening fun. He got to meet some characters today!

Aziza entertaining herself in bed after her shower. She is loving the little characters!! They got played with a lot.

Day 3 we just arrived at the hospital it is 5:40am and Aziza is all packed with goodies to keep busy while Reed is in the OR. Thank you Glenda for the purse!! (What do you think of this pillowcase dress?? I made it).

He is all ready to get wheeled back. One of my favorite pictures. He was so happy! We could hear him laughing as they pushed him all the way down the hall.

Aziza is enjoying her art portfolio. Thank you Sarah!

And she did some crosswords and other activity books too!

Finally he is now in the recovery room and we get to go see him!

Today at the MofA for some more fun before we have to catch our flight back home! We got lots of complements out our Daisy and Donald shirts today! Thank you Leslie!!

The colors go great with the Blues Clues dog too!

That is the end of our trip! Hope you enjoyed seeing it and thank you for all the great items that made our trip more enjoyable! I know we had a few more items with us, but they didn't all end up in my pictures. I know Reed's football Mickey bag was hanging on my mommy hook on the back of his stroller the whole trip (very handy)! Thank you Leah! and I know Reed used his pacifier keepers from Cheryl and Deborah everyday they are in the pictures but I forgot to point them out. Hope I am not forgetting anything else.

All right, now that we are back to our house it is time for Mickey mail!! The kids couldn't wait to get home to see if anything came. 4 packages came while we were gone. Reed and Aziza are excited to open them up!

The first package was from Jodi (Disname?)

Crochet dolls!! Wow, that must have been hard to make!! Reed loves his Woody doll.

Aziza loves hers too and I think it looks like a mini her doll. Especially with the same color shirt on! Too cute!!

They really enjoyed playing with these together!

They each got a wonderful new pillowcase too! I waited until they fell asleep tonight so I could get a picture of them both asleep with their new gifts. I love the cowboy print you put on the end of Reed's pillowcase Jodi!

Is that not the most adorable picture!! I know it looks staged, but I promise you it is NOT she was sound asleep this way when I went in to get her picture. Aziza's owl pillowcase is soooo cute too!!

Thank you Jodi for crocheting the kids both dolls and making them new pillowcases!! They are cherished gifts!

Aziza showing off her awesome new beach towel! It is sooo soft too! Definitely the softest beach towel we have ever felt.

Both the kids loved their stickers!

Reed wanted to use the pencil case as a dog house, but his doggie didn't fit.

Reed loves his Maximus shirt to coordinate with Aziza's dress and so do I!!!

I said something to crack Aziza up so she is having laughing fits here.

Thank you Ann for the AWESOME Rapunzel and Maximus coordinating clothing. They will look great at the prince/princess dinner on the cruise!! I love the deep purple color and Reed LOVES it too!! He was too tired to feel like changing clothes tonight, but he sure admired his shirt and Aziza's dress both a lot! Thank you so much for making them those super cute clothes!
