Is that the Cheshire Cat on first picture?

Lucifer is in the atrium, Gus Gus and another mouse are hiding under Cinderella’s dress.

I think they want some different texture because the aft elevator is there in middle of the entrances to MM on each side of elevator bay.

You can do a tour onboard that talks about the theming on the ship. I did it on the Fantasy.

Is that the Cheshire Cat on first picture?

That is, indeed, the Cheshire Cat. This is at the bottom of the stairs that go down to the kid's club on Deck 2. I'm not sure what's on the other side, but I'm guessing it is Alice in Wonderland related!
