WISH paraphenalia question

Can someone tell me the difference between the two types of shirts (pics would probably be helpful)? Also, what are the prices and are there any items currently available (like I'd need a shirt or hat by the end of February).

There are 2 companies that have been providing our shirts. Both shirts are tech material (wicking) one has larger sizing than the other. Orders are taken by our volunteer WISH Team members, but only a couple times during the year since a minimum order is needed. I am not exactly certain of the cost for the last orders.

Keep checking the threads if any orders are being organized, you can get one then. For certain, it will not happen in time for February. Past has had orders for spring and then in fall.

I think I saw somewhere that the sell them around March/April and then in the fall at some point... i don't exactly remember the fall date.

THese orders are hard and time consuming for the people who do them. Since WISH is a part of Disboards, things are also handled in a certain way as to not have profits and things like that. The people who do the orders with do them once or twic a year for the shirts. The more yellow looking shirts in the pictures from WDW marathon weekend are the alert shirts. They are a tech shirt that kinda feels like cotton. They are offered on more sizes than the Race Ready shirts. The race ready shirts are the ones that are more of a lime color. They are a lighter material and more like the tech material of like the ones sold by Champion. These are limited in size but have a nice women's v-neck style shirt.
Hats I did last year and had them for peopl right before the WDW weekend. I will probably wait until then as I had to order more to get a min order and then held on to them to try to get the sold. Orders are usually done around summer/fall so that people will have them for the biggest race of the year which is the Disneyworld Marathon weekend.
I have found a lady that will do one shirt at a time. Cost is kinda expensive for one shirt - like around 37 or so. The color is closer to the Alert Shirt and is a unisex type short sleeve tech shirt. Site is www.makeashirt.com and ladiy's name is Betsy. Go to the site and email them for a request for a shirt. Let her know she had done one for me previously over the summer of 08.

WISH shirt orders usually hapen beginning of February and August/September. WIth Minnie being gone adn not havign time to get shirts doen before Princess, I'm not sure what will happen to the Feb order. Will get with chimera and see what she was thinking. (Chimera does teh Race Ready adn I do AlertShirts)
