My diet tip of the week - go to Disney, stick to your low-carb plan if that's what you're on, and push a stroller!!!! We walked Epcot every day! We also walked to and from Epcot - I think we only took the boat twice during the entire trip and that's because my inlaws were exhausted. Obviously I'm a gastric bypass person but you still have to follow the diet to lose real weight, and the exercise from the stroller push really helped. I was hoping to be down 100 lbs. by my 6 month check up, but I don't think I'll make it. However, it should be pretty close.
I also don't know if I'll hit Onederland by Spring, but it's fun having a goal time. I have about 45 lbs. to go, so I'm going to try!
Best compliment of the week - my 18 yr old DS came to the elevator to help with the bags, and he said, "wow, you really lost weight this week!" If he noticed, it must have worked, lol!
