My friend talked me into helping her at her church tonight. She watches little kids in the nursery while their parents are at small group things. Yes, those were the exact words she used to tell me what it was when she asked me. We won't go into what happened the last time I babysat. So wish me luck!! LOL.

Good luck! I always make sure I'm volunteering someplace else at church. After 2 years of teaching 4-year-old Sunday school, I promised myself I'd never set foot in that preschool hall again.

I'm back! It was very nice. There were only 3 little kids in there and they were all pretty good for the most part. The youngest cried for her mom off and on, but whatever. Everyone there was very nice. I have never been to that church before, so every single person I saw there came up and introduced themselves. It seemed like everybody knew everybody else. The pastor came into the nursery and was very nice. He thanked me for helping out and said he liked my lime green flip flops. At the end, he thanked me again and told me to come back some time. It was just very nice. I am not used to that because my parent's church is bigger and everybody just keeps to themselves more or less.
