I was nervous doing it! The other person in the house with me was laughing at how sad I am!! They wanted to listen to Ariel signing and just as I passed the phone for them to listen the lovely CM answered just as the person was about to say: No I don't want to reserve anything thanks!

Thanks for posting that, Nick, we were not lucky enough to get a PS there in 2004 but I shall use these tips in 2007!
