Ok so I'm back from the interview...finally....it lasted 3 hours! Let me clarify by saying it was a childcare interview...they are long because you get to spend time with the kids in the classroom. That part went great. I'm not so sure about the talking with the director bit. I got a bad vibe near the end. Hopefully I'm wrong and overanalysing and I'll get the job.
