OMG, I found good airfare to WDW for days that I am OFF OF SCHOOL, and DH is off of work!! None of my friends are WDW buffs, nobody is dying to go, like I am. So bummed! I wish I knew DISers personally, so I could split a hotel room with someone. Arrggh. Just too pricey to do it completely alone, but BRP is giving me some nice rooms for my wanna-travel dates. My sis and I were tentatively planning a trip for mid-March (spring break). Wish she could up and go in December with me.

:confused3

By the way, which would be better for a WDW quick trip?
12/21-12/24 or 3/14-3/18. (The march one DOES have and extra night built in, but not an extra park day because of travel times vs. workday, lol). So both trips have 3 park days. Both are pretty crowded, I think, but have never gone either time. Parks close early in December??

It won't help you with this trip you want to take but you should plan to attend one the get togethers the disers have sometime. You might me someone there you would be able to share a room with in the future.

I will keep an eye out for those! Its hard, because of my course load... I travel during vacations. OUCH, lol.

I am trying to convince my mom + her hubby to come, but the $ really adds up quickly!

Gonna try my stepbrother next.!

I vote for December because all the Christmas decorations are up.
We went the 1st week in December last year and there were no crowds.

I would recommend Xmas also but the period that she list is where it starts to get really busy. I will be there from the 10th to the 23rd. I stayed through Xmas last year. It was way too busy on Xmas to enjoy the rides but great for people watching, the parades, and the Xmas show at Galaxy Theater.

Thanks! We went ahead and booked, just me and my stepmother at AKL from 12/21-12/24. Our flight is in the morning on 12/24 so nothing (like blizzards in Cleveland) leaves us stuck all day, we hope! 12/25 sounded crazily busy, plus my kids are little-- I don't want to miss Xmas with them. Can't wait!
