Wish I could modify reservations online!

We have 6 nights books in a split stay at the end of August. I"d like to move the last 2-3 nights we have at BLT to Poly or VGF but don't have enough points to make a double reservation and then cancel one. I'm too nervous to give up what we have in case those rooms get booked, leaving us with nothing...

Member services tried to help me today, but the 3 nights at the Poly I had put a hold on never got returned to inventory (I didn't realize there was a reservation nether world) and they couldn't book them for me. Total time between seeing rooms, calling Member Services, and having them disappear from that in-between place was less than 30 minutes! Now I see 2 nights at the GF that I'd like to book but I know they'll get booked before I can call tomorrow morning.

I have to stop checking! And yes, i have waitlists, but nothing coming through yet.

Now, if you tell me there IS a way to modify, I'll happily do it, but I don't think so. Not yet anyway. Enough whining! I should focus on ADRs instead!

Unfortunately there isn't anyway to drop a couple of nights off an existing reservation and book those nights at another resort without cancelling.

Cancel and rebook is all you can do online and personally IMO, the way it should be for every change.

I think one day we may have this option. I remember when we all had to call to make reservations. I was happy when we could start booking online. Now we can check availability. I'm hopeful for more options one day.
