WISH Exercise Challenge September 2004

Hi All,


Well I just completed my six weeks of working extreme overtime(80+/wk) so I haven't been updating my exercise - so please add me in for 400 minutes(10 days of 40 minutes each) Iam exhausted! Can't wait to do my normal hours of 44/wk starting tuesday!

I see many of you are doing great!! Keep up the good work!

I did another 125 minutes of exercise yesterday. That now puts me over my goal! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc. I am now at 3089/3000, and I am just going to see how much more I can add to that by the end of the month. I don't think that I'll be doing anything today! :eek: I feel awful, hopefully I will be feeling better tomorrow!
 
I need to have 135 minutes added to my talley. That makes me 750/1000. I don't think I'm going to get to make goal, since hurricane Jeanne is headed our way. That's okay, as long as the house is still standing - I can live with it!
 
please add 87 minutes to my total - I did a 10k in 1 hour 27 minutes today!!

I exercised for 120 min on Fri.

Reporting for Sat 9/25

I only exercised for 20 min today.

My total is now 2140/2000!

Today I spent my time getting ready for Hurricane Jeanne! The reports I've been watching all day looks like she's going directly over our house! Power is still on today, but I'm sure it will go out at some point tomorrow! Hope that doesn't last long!

GOAL! I made it!
I am at 1143/1000. I didn't think I would be doing goal this month as I started later. It just seemed that I have gotten serious these days and have done some serious exercising.

decaff, that is a pretty good pace you got there.

I walked for a 15 min mile for 2 hours and did a cool down for the remainder of my time today. I did 2 hours and 16 minutes.

Nancy, you have some serious exercise time going there. That is great!

I guess I will be able to add time for the next challenge.

I'm off to go find that clippie...

Please add 69 min. to my total. I exercised today, even though it was really tough with my not feeling well. I didn't want to skip more than one day.:D
 
Just got home from bowling, so I'll add 30 more minutes to mine. That should put me at 1955/2000 with 45 minutes to go.
 
60 Minutes today! Puts me at 1180 for 1500...still 320 left...not sure if I'm gonna make it...but I'll get close! Thanks again Rae Ann! Are you gonna do one for October? Take care!
 
Sunday I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 50 minutes swimming
 
Checking in for this past week. I exercised for a total of 270 minutes. That puts me at 1030/1000. :Pinkbounc Thanks for starting this challenge Rae Ann and for keeping track of the minutes for us. It is greatly appreciated!

Light week for me as I seem to have picked up a stomach bug. Lack of appetite is keeping me well within my points range though - silver lining I guess! ;)
Anyway, I walked and Firmed my way to 95 minutes this week. That makes me 1175/1000. Yay!

I guess our challenge is almost over. Thanks again Rae Ann, for organizing and keeping track of our numbers. You don't know how much it motivates me to see my name and numbers change colors on page one. :)

No exercise on Saturday but I did Firm super cardio sculpt this morning for 40 minutes. My total is now 859/1000.
 
It has taken most of the month but I have finally made up the time for the first 6 days of the month before I found the thread.

Last week, my total minutes were 335.

This should bring me to 834/1000.

I think I am going to make it.

As expected, I did not exercise Fri or Sat, but I got right back in today with a 50 minute Leslie workout! YEA!!!!

I WILL finish this Challenge, and I look forward to knowing I CAN do it again next month! :teeth:
