I have been REALLY slacking off lately, so I went on an 80 minute walk today. I only have 32 more days until the cruise--time to step it up a notch!! (ok, I admit part of the reason I am doing this is because I want to be able to eat anything I want without feeling guilty!)

Oct 18-80 minutes
Oct 21-80 minutes

That makes 625/1100. Only 475 more minutes to go!

Did I mention that I hate to walk alone??:(

Don't laugh because I just joined ---

But I have 20 minutes so far - LOL!

I think I've been doing this wrong. I thought we were supposed to go back and edit our original post each day or week but I see that my stats haven't been updated in a while so I'll just post current threads from now on. I'm copying the post I was keeping track of my time on below, thanks RaeAnn. I'm sure you don't want to read through the entire post. The short and sweet version is that I'm 533/1000. The details are below:

October 1-7 (updated on 10/8/04)

Friday - Firm BSS3 HT&A (no abs) for 27 minutes
Saturday - Firm Cardio Sculpt Blaster for 30 minutes
Sunday - Firm Super Body Sculpt (upper and lower) for 30 minutes
Monday - Firm Cardio Sculpt Blaster for 30 minuntes
Tuesday - Firm Super Body Sculpt (upper/lower/abs) for 45 minutes

Wow I see that I haven't updated for a bit. I can't quite reconstruct the entire 7 day period but I've got most of it. I can't remember what I did on Thursday but it was probably Firm Hips Thighs and Abs since I did it for 32 minutes.

October 15-21
Friday - 2 work outs one was super body sculpt and other was cardio sculpt blaster
Saturday - no work out
Sunday - super cardio sculpt
Monday - cardio sculpt blaster
Tuesday - hips, thighs and abs

for a total of 533/1000 as of 10/19/04. Thanks RaeAnn!

I'm doing some figuring & if I'm going to make my goal of 2500 min, I'd have to exercise for 100 min/day every day for the rest of the month. It could happen, but I kind of doubt it! Being sick at the beginning of the month really didn't help because even when I started getting better, I still wasn't up to full strength right away. I'm still going to try for my 2500, but I'll be happy if I hit last month's goal of 2000 again. I'm glad we have this challenge because it really has helped me to get moving again when I really didn't feel like moving! Thanks, Rae Ann for running the challenge again!

OH BOY, do I DITTO Nancy!::yes::

I was going to start off with, "The slacker is back", meaning me, but she's right, between being sick, and not feeling 100%, and then my MILs passing last week, I was just NOT exercising. I even gained 1 lb last week, after that horrid week.

How-ever, I got back to exercising just today! 42 minutes of Leslie, thank you very much. ;) I could tell that it has been almost 2 weeks since I did anything, but it felt GOOD!

Sooooo, I am now at a WHOPPING 175/1000. Bwahahahahaha, I'll NEVER see 1000 this month!

I'm just gonna keep on moving though - Onward and Downward!::yes::

:sunny:

My total of minutes exercised for the week 15-21 October is 725 minutes.

My total of minutes exercised for the week 22-28 October is 515 minutes.

KimRaye - I'm sorry about your MIL. You have my deepest sympathy. It's so hard to stay focused on exercise when you have so many things going on in your life. I've been under the weather all week and my numbers have suffered but like you, I'm just gonna keep trucking forward!

I did Firm BSS1 cardio sculpt for 31 minutes this morning which brings my total to 564/1000, I won't make my challenge goal total this month but I won't give up trying to get as many minutes as I can.

I am at 919/1200 through 10/21. I have 281 left to go.

Way to go everyone! We're doing it!

Oct 18th 120 minutes
Oct 19th 90 minutes
Oct 20th 107 minutes
Oct 21st 30 minutes
Oct 22nd 60 minutes

Got in 507 this week!! Total of 1702/1500!!! Still shooting for that 2000, but at least I got GOAL:(

Rae Ann, I've completed my posting of min from week 3 in my previous post, so the totals you see there should put me up to date through 10/21.

Here's mydaily breakdown for week #4:

10/22 - 150 min - bowling, strength & flexibility
10/23 - 70 min - walking
10/24 - 50 min swimming :fish:
10/25 - 120 min - walking, strength & flexibility
10/26 - 0 min :o
10/27 - 140 min - swim, walk, bicycle, strength :teeth:
10/28 - I'll add these min to my final post since you've already totaled through week #4. Sorry I'm late posting, don't mean to make your job harder, Rae Ann!

Total week #4 min to date as of 10/27 - 530
Total Oct challenge min to date as of 10/27 - 1900
October challenge goal - 2500
Min to go to reach goal as of 10/27 - 600

That means that in order to make goal, I'd have to exercise for 110 min/day for the rest of the month with no days off! I doubt that will happen, but I'm going to do the best I can & we'll see what happend. I'll be happy to reach 200 min! Being sick early in the month & my erratic exercise schedule really put me behind the pace I needed to keep to make goal, but this challenge has kept me moving this month when I really didn't feel much like exercising! Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this challenge for giving me the boost I've needed, & especially to you, Rae Ann, for all your hard work!

Yikes, as I was typing this post, I just realized I've passed the halfway point to goal this week! I can't believe how good it feels to celebrate that accomplishment!
