and oh so cute! The fit...well, they are a tad bit snug, I must say. I'm wearing the all black one right now, in preparation for my run today. The fabric is not very compressive, so I have some bumps and rolls. It's not uncomfortable, since the fabric is so soft...just...lumpy, I guess. Like the panty area bulges out a bit in the front so the skirt doesn't lie flat. Does that make sense? Perhaps I should cut back on the strawberry milkshake oreos...

Anyhoo, the minnie one is so ridiculously cute! It fits a bit looser than the all black, but doesn't match the shirt I'm wearing today. I will report back on how the run went later!

btw, I think the bikini wicking undies are going to work best...the briefs might stick out over the top of the waistband!

First of all, THANK YOU Stacie for the discount!

Second, running in a skirt is like a dream! So comfy! (but may I suggest that you wear the same color undies as the brief in your running skirt, if you are of the non-commando persuasion). My only gripe is that my cell phone was kind of heavy in the side pocket. It felt like it was pulling my skirt down. I was constantly pulling it up. What? Don't take the phone, you say? Well, you are probably right, but I can't go phone-less...oh well. So I had the keys in the other pocket and they jingled. The skirt did not ride up at all! I just have to figure out what to do with the phone and it will be even better...

I finally broke down and ordered my Minnie yesterday. Very quickly got the refund too, within minutes. I am VERY excited and I think the perfect outfit is going to be the Minnie skirt and WISH shirt, match, who cares!! ToT in a Minnie skirt, priceless....

OK..gotta' be honest that when I got my skirt (navy and white) and tried it on I was a bit hesitant. I felt like the waist line was SOOOO low!!!! I'm used to the NB skirt which has a slightly higher waist fit. I wasn't really sure...and thought I'd be spending the whole time running, trying to pull it up.

So it sat back in it's little shipping bag for two weeks....waiting to have it sent back. But then for some reason I decided to wear it today. And OMG...it's such a comfy skirt! I have nothing but positive reviews. I thought the briefs were comfy...the waist line didn't bother me...it looked great with my Disney marathon shirt ....it certainly did not feel weird and I even ran around for errands in it afterwards. .

NOW...I have to figure out how to get my discount since it was never credited on my paypal account . I'm going to read back through this thread to see if I can figure out how you guys got your discounts. I did write "WISH" in the section on paypal but it didn't work.

btw, what color briefs are under the navy/white? I'm debating between that and the all pink...and no...I can't get both b/c if I spend another $100 on running skirts I do believe DH will have a coronary...

I bought a pair of my first compression shorts today - Under Armour 4" inseam. They peak out a slight bit under the Minnie skirt, but I think will work perfect. You can't even tell the brief is on top of the shorts. I lifted up the skirt and DH was like - What brief?

Also, the shorts really helped with the tummy roll that showed up a little too well in the skirt.

Ya, I tried it on with the WISH shirt and it doesn't match so well, but who cares?!?

Cryssi..The navy skirt has navy briefs. I go with what's given to me...so nothing extra and I felt very comfy and safe as is .

nothing like the last minute

Tonight (4/20), I ordered 3 skirts for me and my family with hopes we'll have them for the Minnie 5K in WDW next week! I sent them a "special request" email asking if they could expedite the order. Now nothing to do but sit back and wait!

They need to arrive by 4/29 if I'm going to be able to use 'em so we'll see. (I'll report my results back here.) Keep your fingers crossed and keep WISHing for me!

I got my Minnie yesterday and I was of the same feeling as AmyBeth (hmm maybe Dave is right and we are kindred spirits) that it was too short. I put it on and oh baby is this comfortable. I did feel the need for the compression shorts underneath and thankfully had a pair. I like the mesh brief but it feels a little breezy under there. I may change my mind this summer. Now I have NB in black, gray, lime green and red/white I will have to go back and see what colors strike me. Heck, ya need one for every day of the week that you run.....right....

Yes, that is the one I ordered! I ended up sending it back because I was not happy with the color on me. The skirt was pink and the sides are maroon. I thought it was going to be a maroon skirt with pink on the sides. It also seemed to fit differently than my other black aqua skirt. Almost like the breif was a little too small for the skirt. So, I mailed that one back and asked to exchange it for a navy/white one.

So I finally got around to wearing my skirt last night, despite my faux pas of not having a brown and/or aqua top to wear with it (I wore green - gasp!). It was a very interesting experience.. when I first started running I felt very exposed, like I had gone outside to run and forgot to put my pants on. Eventually the self-consciousness turned into pleasantness when the breeze came by and I thought "ooh, this is nice and cool!" So, initial impressions aside, I really enjoyed it. And thanks to uber amounts of body glide - no chafing!

I plan on ordering another before the discount ends in "ladybug" (black w/red)

I'm looking for something to wear at the gym...would the athletic w/ the shorts be ok? I don't want to be overexposed but the shorts thing really isn't working for me and I get so hot in long pants.

I'm a little bit late to this thread but I just ordered a skirt last night. I picked the Chocolate Aqua colour. I wanted the Black and Aqua but they were out of stock in my size. Now I'm just hoping I'll get them before next Thursday so I'll be able to take them with me
