Melc - you wasted no time getting that "baby" broken in! Men- why can't they just listen to us
Nikki- we are keeping you to your word that you are adding more points. We like you thin, but not unhealthy. You are exercising so much that you need those extra points.
I did the female fat zone workout with Denise A today. I skipped a couple things that put the twinge in my knee. I think I will do low impact aerobics in the morning and then Sat is a day of walking - I am planning on it being outdoors - that is okay by me!
Melc - thanks for the contract, too, offer, I haven't really decided just what I am doing yet. I think I am very close to being really committed again but I won't start until Monday if I do that. I am fine if it is just me, but hey if you want to join me, I welcome that too. Aren't you getting really close to your goal and I don't want you doing what Nikki is doing - same comments go for you too
I know ohmom is thinking that Monday is her day to committ too - but I keep saying - don't do it if you aren't really ready - she really looks great and maintaining through all her stress of late is really an accomplishment!
I say let's just "all" (Yeah everybody!!!) meet at some health spa and talk this and everything else over - I think that would help me get back into the committment of getting these last 10 pounds off!!! And I know that TammyNC could use a good massage right about now - heck who wouldn't like one? Luvmydogs - we miss you and wish you could give us a quick update - we want you to come too!!
Okay - reality check - dryer just beeped - gotta go fold clothes, dishes to do and a mom to call and check on for the day - but, I still could have a bag packed in a moment's notice
