Good Morning WISHers!!! How is everyone doing?? Can you believe there are only a few days left in September!!!! TIme is flying!! Before you know it it will be the end of october and I will be on my long awaited vacation!!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc We were supposed to go to WDW but had to cancel and are going to Toronto and niagra falls instead. So I am happy. Well tomorrow I go to see the evil dentist to have a tooth pulled. On the positive side of this is since I will have to eat light for a couple of days it is good for my points!!!

Well I managed to loose 1 pound this week. Not sure how but I am not going to question it!!! SO that Means I go gold!!!!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Hi Holly! You'll be right across the river from me! :)

I lost 4 pounds this week. Not so good. I only wanted to loose 1 or 2! Everyone's asking me if I'm maintaining or still loosing. Oy.

I also had to have some stitches in my toe, so no physical activity for me, at least for a while. :)

I'm glad you all had a good week. I'm happy to report I lost 3 pounds and got a new clippie as well.

I rode my bike a lot and didn't eat out at all. I do so much better when I'm the one doing the food prep. I drank lots of water. I'm also happy to report my knees no longer ache. What a difference a few pounds can make.

I'm happy to report a 1.5 pound loss. My goal is to maintain over the next couple of weeks. I'm off to Disney at the end of the week. Have a great week everyone!:D

I got a new clippie too! I'm only down 1/2 lb since last Sunday, but if the pattern I see emerging continues, I'll have a big whosh in a few days. I'm just very happy to finally get that 25Lb clippie!

Happy to read about how well everyone is doing!
On a personal note, I'm pleased to say I lost 2.5 pounds this week. I'm getting my first new clipie (if i can figure out how to do that)!!!

Congrats to everyone and thank you for all the support!
 
I lost 0.6 pounds this week, which I have mixed feelings about. I'm certainly happy that the scale went down, but I set an aggressive goal (at least for me) of losing 1.3 pounds per week on average. The way I see it, even if I can't maintain that average loss per week, at least the scale is going down not up. I am going to increase my water and my walking this week, so hopefully the scale will cooperate even better next week. I have also almost earned back my 5 pound clippie. :)

this week, I didn't gain or lose. Disappointing, but understandable. My salvation is that I'm on plan, but exercising instensly...I know I'm building muscle and losing fat. That's more important than the scale at this point.

Glad to see the successes on the WISH. Surprisingly, I didn't gain this week--which given the way I ate, I take as a victory. We leave for our Disney cruise and Universal stay in 3 days-YAH!! so I won't be checking in next week. Good luck to everyone.
 
Well, I was right yesterday when I said the Bloat Fairy was hovering around just waiting for this mornings weigh in!!
Yup, I am up .5lb, but since I know that TOM is just about here, at least I know why! I am sure that the Whoosh fairy will be visiting by next weekend, so I can report a loss!

Keep on keeping on... this is a journey, not a race!

Well, I'm happy to report that I've gotton rid of 2 whole lbs this week.
I went to Curves every day, and did extra walking around the office. I now weigh LESS than I did when I got hired for this position 4 years ago!!

Ooooh, I checked in at 2 pounds less than last Sunday this morning, and I'm pleased. I am looking to get my next clippie soon, since I am soooo close. Don't get discouraged if you didn't lose as much as you wanted too. Look at the whole picture. (Another reason I like Fitday I can look at my loss for a week, a month or a year! ) For those headed on vacation enjoy, but don't totally shake your resolve. We're looking forward to hearing how it goes for you. (You DO know that some of us live vicariously through the trips of others, don't you? she who has no trip planned questions.)

I see success in all of us. Merely by signing in and sharing, we show our determination to get and STAY healthy. Weigh to go! people. ONWARD AND DOWNWARD we go!
 
Happy times here, I'm down another 2 lbs. I have to be careful to get in all my water, though.

I have not been around much and I didn't weigh in last week and I honestly cannot remember exactly what my last official weigh-in was. I had been avoiding the scale and my journal - in fact i have ignored my journal so well that I can't seem to find it. :rolleyes:

Anyway, I decided to face the music yesterday and I hopped on the scale. I must have been doing better than I thought because I was definitely down. I think it was around 3.5 pounds since my last weigh-in but whatever it was it was enough for my 40 lb. clippie. I am now down 41.5 pounds and I think I am starting to see the end of the tunnel to the 50 lb. clippie. I hope that I can be a little more on plan this week and that I can start exercising again. I finally feel like I am physically able to exercise again so that is a good start.

I did cheat today and weighed in early because I'm going to have Pasta w/meat sauce tonight and it is loaded with salt, so I figured tomorrow I'll be holding water and thought "hey, what the heck?" 153! Woo Hoo!!!!! That is 2.5 lbs/week and I'm on target for a thinner me by January!

Well I am UP .5 lb this week! But considering TOM and a weekend trip with DH where I didn't eat as well as I should I was expecting it and I'm glad it wasn't MORE!! Going to work extra hard this week and hope for a BIG whoosh for next week! Congrats to all the LOSERS and to those of us who gained or stayed the same - Hang in there, you never know when the Whoosh Fairy will show up! :D

Holding my own this past week. I have a 1/4 # gain. The weather here is great so I'll get out and walk a few more steps ---hope that does the trick.

You are all doing a great job....keep up the good work.
