sadeeyore You lost two pounds even though you were offplan for one whole day? Way to go! You're doing great, my friend. I'm sure you will earn that new clipart very soon. I'm so happy and proud for you...be proud of yourself!
msteddom If you weren't faithful to plan and TOM is impending but you still maintained your weight, then I'll bet you actually lost weight and it just isn't showing up yet.
Have a wonderful time at
Disneyland, I wish I could go too. How great that this trip you will be smaller!
JoshMom5 WOO HOO! Another pound gone forever. I love the way you celebrate your success. And you are successful, there is no doubt about it. You're doing great and I'm feeling pretty proud of you today!
twotoohappy How great that you lost 2 whole pounds. I know you were worried that you were not following your eating plan while your daughter was so ill. You must have been very careful of portion size to have lost despite eating off plan foods. That's great. I sure hope you can get some rest and that your daughter's croupe symptoms subside soon. It is so hard to go without sleep, I remember those days.
Good job this week. I'm so glad you decided to check in after all. You are doing great and I'm really proud of you.

Noooooooo! You can't feel that way about yourself. That is a selfdefeating mind set. It's in the WISH bylaws
Look at it this way, you ate lots of refined carbohydrates, lots of offplan foods but you did not gain. See what a good sign that is? That means you controlled your portions well and exercised enough to control the damage. You didn't do nearly as badly as you thought, if you didn't gain. Don't you see how great that is? That means that you are a success. You are learning how to incorporate healthy living into your life. I think that is pretty wonderful, myself.
So, besides that, that birthday cake was in the past and we don't worry about the past here. We concern ourselves only with right now and right now you are determined, refocused and back on track. Get back on induction for a few days and you will jumpstart your weight loss.
I'm feeling pretty proud of you today...be proud of yourself!
MelanieC Look at that pretty new clippie! You are two pounds lighter and that is wonderful progress. I sure hope you are feeling proud of yourself because I'm sure feeling proud of you!
catherine Look at you go! Another pound gone forever. I hate that bloat fairy, here's hoping the WHOOSH fairy pays you a visit very soon. Fluid retention is uncomfortable, isn't it?
You should measure yourself so that you can keep track of the inches you lose, too. So much more motivating for me than seeing a lower weight reflected on a scale. How great to be able to wear clothing that was once too small for you. Good job! You are doing so well and I'm very proud of you!
DStar4cup Maintaining your weight is a good thing, especially if you weren't faithful to plan last week. I'll bet you see a loss by next check in. Thanks for posting here, this week. I think you are doing great. You'll do even better next week, I'm sure.
lmhall2000 WOO HOO!!! Tara! Look at that gorgeous platinum clipart in your signature. You have obviously internalized the principles of your new healthy lifestyle to show a 7.5 pound loss only one week after vacation. That temporary gain was probably a gift from the bloat fairy (the scoundrel).
I'm so proud of you, sweetie. You are a very inspirational WISH presence and you help keep me motivated.
Chattyaholic Okay, a sad smilie for no loss but no happy smilie for no gain? No sad smilies allowed. Maintaining your weight is a good thing. It's proof that after you have finished losing the weight you want to lose, you will be able to keep it off. See what a positive thing that is? Especially if you maintained after several offplan days. You must have subconsciously controlled your portion size and not done as badly as you thought.
Thanks for posting here, even though you weren't happy with your progress this past week. I think you should be happy about maintaining, I think you should be proud of yourself. You could have gained but you didn't. That is excellent!
Tiger Lily 03 Good for you! I'm so proud of you for not giving up and for staying on track. It can be very discouraging sometimes when you don't see the results you hope for. You are a great motivator for me.
I've never liked the way I look in clothing, it's probably some long hidden complex from my youth. Who knows? I just keep trying to overcome it. I am doing better since I had my reduction mammoplasty, at least I can buy blouses that fit better now.
You will start losing again, I'm sure. You are too determined for any other possibility. You are on your way to goal!
December99 I have really missed seeing you on WISH, Chris. I'm so glad to see you on the checkin thread again. I'm so sorry to hear about your aunt. Sure hope your dh's illness is easily controlled and that he is feeling better, now.
Sounds like you have found a renewed determination. How great! I am so glad that you are feeling happy again. You are very close to earning that 15 pound loss clipart. I'll bet with your new determination you earn it very soon.
Welcome back, you're doing great! I'm so happy and proud for you!
AprilN WOW! You've exercised 57 days in a row? EXCELLENT! You're another pound lighter, too. Look how well you are doing. I hope you are feeling proud of yourself, I'm sure proud of you!
Onward and downward, my friends. Thanks for keeping me motivated and focused on goal!
