becka Look at you! And to think just a few days ago you were feeling bad about yourself. See? I told you that you could do this! I knew it all along. So did everyone else. You shouldnt doubt yourself, Becka. You have definitely got what it takes to be successful.
Isnt it just the greatest feeling to realize that you are such a success? Im so happy and proud for you. I can tell you are feeling pretty proud of yourself, right now, and I think that is excellent!
Love that new clippie, its just gorgeous. Wont be too long before you have that 25 pound loss clippie and then you know whats next, dont you? GOLD!! So exciting, huh? Thats something to look forward to, isnt it?
You are getting closer to goal everyday!
perdidobay
My % of body fat is down slightly, so that's a good thing!
Thats not just a good thing, thats a great thing. Thats the whole point behind your weight loss endeavor, isnt it? Isnt your percentage of body fat really the most important number? Way more important than what you actually weigh. Your goal is to get rid of the fat and by golly, you are getting rid of the fat.
I think thats great! Im really proud of you. You faced challenges and you were still able to maintain your weight and reduce your body fat. Thats amazing! Thats progress! Would you rather be 10 pounds lighter and the same percentage body fat? I dont think so, that doesnt make any sense, does it?
You are a success! Be proud of yourself. Im proud of you!
audflash Now, thats what I call a good week. You lost a whole pound and you did your pilates work out 3 times. Look at you go! You are headed straight for goal and you are determined.
You are one pound closer to goal, now. You should be proud of that because that is a sign of success and we are all proud of you.
Debbie This weekend was a shove something in your mouth weekend and you still lost a pound? You must not have done as badly as you thought, then. Im sure that you realize that you lost the equivalent of one whole tub of Canadian butter? 20 slices of bacon, an entire brick of Kraft sharp cheddar?
Way to go! If you can be so successful after a weekend of eating more than you should, just think how great you will do this week, now that you are focused and back on track. Well, it boggles the mind, thats all I can say.
You are the most loveable person, sweetie. Im really proud of you.
Kelsie Im proud of you for taking that moonlight walk. Was it very cold?
I know that after losing so quickly its a little discouraging to slow down to one or two pounds a week, but you will still reach your goal. It may take you a few days longer to lose that 3 pounds that seems to be tormenting you, but you will lose it if you just dont give up.
You should have seen me during February. I took that challenge and just stopped losing weight. I was watching all of these people new to Atkins induction losing 7,8,9, 10 pounds and all I could do was sit there and smile
You are going to do this Kels. I promise. Now get psyched for this week and get those last 3 pounds off.
Im leaving in two hours to drive to the Detroit Metro airport. I will land in Orlando at 10:15. Im always afraid to go to sleep when I have to get up at 2am, Im afraid I wont hear the alarm. So, I decided to get caught up with the check-in thread

Im glad that I did. Its a great way to start a trip, feeling proud and happy for my WISH pals.
Onward and downward, my friends. Focus on your goal and smile!
