WISH CHeck-in week of February 9

Well, I started Monday, and I'm down 2 lbs. already! I can already tell the difference of cutting out my carbs during the day! :Pinkbounc :bounce: And, I've been enjoying my chocolate at dinner during my reward meals, so I'm happy! :p

2 down, and LOTTTTTS to go... :rolleyes:
 
I am FAITHFULLY staying within my points range, on the low end, and gained 0.2 pounds this week. That is a gain the last 2 weeks. I spoke to my WW leader who looked at my journal and suggested that I add more fruits, vegetables, and dairy into my diet and go to the top of my point range. So, I am going to try that.

Wish me luck. I really want to start losing again.
 
BreezyCarol, wishing you a bunch of luck and sending pixie dust for a good weigh in next time. I would be discouraged too.
 
It's been a fairly discouraging week for me. I have been exercising & sticking with my diet, but not showing any results. The only good news is that I seem to have lost 1" in my upper arms, and that is one of the areas I most want to reduce.c
The other bad news is that we had a bake sale at work today to benefit the Relay for Life breast cancer walk and I could not resist!
I have been keeping up with my exercise program, so I know if I can just stick to the diet the weight will come off. I just have to stay out of the break room during bake sales! I was doing so well the first few weeks of my diet (that was before I found WISH), and now the weight just doesn't seem to want to come off. I hope I can break through this plateau soon so I can collect my 5lb clippie!
 

After 6wks on WW, I have lost a total of 16 lbs.! This week .6; 3.4lbs since I signed on with the Challenge! Little by little! Being home on the weekends is tough....I make the WW vegie soup alot and it helps! Also pita bread, fruit and vegies.
