WISH check-in week of 4-27

I just weighed-in and I am down another .5 pds. Making my total 1.5. I was truly expecting more since I stayed OP and with-in my point range last week, walked on the treadmill for 6 day (25 min. each day), plus drank a lot of water. Any suggestions on getting the scales to move more in a week?

I am at 144.5 this morning, down from the 146.5 I was last Monday, after just getting back from my cruise. I suspect Katholyn
was right and some of that was water gain. I haven't been so good with the exercise but had done alot of physical work in the yard last week, so I hope that added some to the loss.
I am basically just trying to eat healthy (1200 calories a day) and doing tae-bo daily and walking 1-2 miles a day. Since I was at 148 when I joined WISH, I will earn a 5lb clippie at 143. I hope for that to be this week:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
 
I'm still hovering at the 23.5 pound loss. I admit, I haven't been the best point-counter lately and am still trying to refocus my energies. And make it to 25 pounds by the weekend!
 
I started Atkins last week and have been cheat-free all week. I didn't have any carb cravings, but I did have a couple of yucky days. My loss for this week is-- drum roll please~~~~~~~~

For a total of 15!!! Need that clippie please! I'm so excited, can't stop doing the happy dance!


Thank-you all, I couldn't have done it without you! Someday, when I feel really brave, I'll tell you my starting weight. Suffice to say I have over 100 pounds to lose.

i can't believe it's only Monday and this thread has three pages!! no wonder I can never keep up with the check-in thread :eek:

I was a bit disappointed at first to have only maintained this week, I stayed in pt. range and exercise so intensly last week I popped something in my back! ( i know that's not really a good thing)

after taking two days off working out I got back in the swing for the week - but will need to keep it on the light level. So I was really hoping for a loss from last week and then coast this week.

But no luck, I know, I know -- and i'm truly happy that I didn't gain! But I limited myself to one candy treat every third day (within pts) and felt like I did really well this weekend.

I can't even blame TOM this time!!

Maybe next week.........

Congrats to all the LOSERS - you guys are awesome and inspiring! For those of us who didn't see a loss this week - pixie dust for next WI.
 
Holding steady at 153, which is great, considering the day I had Saturday, and that TOM is approaching, and I have been somewhat negligent on my workout. All in all, I'm very happy. Congrats to all who've seen results, and to the rest of us, tomorrow is another day! :)

Congratulations everyone!! I don't weigh in till Wednesday so I have two more days till then! Been drinking water like it's going out of style, LOL, so hopefully it'll show!

Wow everyone is doing so great this week!!

I lost 3 pounds this week making my total 24 pounds since joining Wish. Only 1 more pound till I get my 25 pound clippie!!
 
I am such a loser ~ I lost 2 lbs! Yipee! I am 156, goal is about 135lbs. S
 
Congratulations to all the WISH Losers!!! I have not checked in, in about 3 weeks, but I am back. I did not loose anything, I am still at 6 pounds, but hey, I did not gain. I am back to walking every day, and I have started following the ww program again and drinking my water. Maybe I will have a loss to report next week, but hey, I AM HAPPY that I stayed the same. Good luck to everyone in the coming week.
 
It's hard to post when I weighed and no change. I know the reason. I need to get motivated to stay on track. Company this weekend so I ate some goodies that I shouldn't have. The weather is really nice here, so I hope to add some outdoor exercise to burn up some calories.
So many of you are doing great. Keep up the good work.
 
Checking in with a .5 lb loss this week. That brings my WISH loss to 7lbs, total loss to 13 lbs. I'm hoping to have a really great week this week so I can get that 10 lb clippie before we take off on our house hunting trip!

Congratulations to all the losers out there, and if you didn't lose this week just hang in there. As long as you keep following your plan that weight will come off!
 
Well, my first week on the WISH challenge has passed. This is my first weigh in and...

Drum roll please

I Lost 4 pounds!!!

Now, you understand that I am so close to my 5 pound clippie that I will have to cheat and do a mid-week weigh in. Maybe May 1st to start the month.

Thank you all for all the great support.

PS: to put this in perspective, I gained 5 pounds over Easter. I have only lost 4, so I'm still a pound over my pre-Easter weight. But I'm better off than I would have been without WISH!
 
That 10 POUND CLIPPIE!!!!

I've met my goal 2 days ahead of schedule! :) I weighed in today at 226- which puts me exactly 10 pounds less since I started WISH on April 1st!! I'm so excited!! less than 5 months to go before our trip to Disney and I hope to be in Onederland!! Thanks everyone for keeping me motivated!

This is my first official weigh-in!

I'm proud to announce that I lost 3 lbs this week. I confess I was hoping for more (DH lost 4.5 and he cheated - alot!) Then I remembered that I had "survived" 2 dinners at church events this week - so hey, I'm pretty thrilled about that 3lbs!:sunny:

So I survived my first week in the Zone - no cravings, at all! I like this high protein thing. Could somebody send me info about Atkins?

I leave for Disney on Friday and guess what, I REACHED MY GOAL and then some!! I'm so excited. I'll be sure to check in with lots of pictures and a trip report when I returrn.

I did an hour of intense cardio every day this week and stayed at the low end of my points range (WW).

This week: 5 pounds
Total WISH: 25 pounds
TOTAL since 1/1: 39 pounds !!!!

You all are doing great!! Even those who maintained, remember, that's better than gaining!! :)

I only have a 1 lb. loss to report this week (not that I'm complaining after that photo posted last night!), but it's TOM, so hopefully next week there will be even less of me checking in! :teeth:
