WISH Check In Thread, Week of March 21, 2004

I lost .4 this week. I am happy with that considering I had some snack bingeing on Sunday!
 
Hi there everyone! :D One more pound gone this week for me - not a whole lot, but enough to reach both my No Foolin' Around goal and my third 10% goal! Woohoo! I can't believe my next 10% goal is under 200 (193). Only 4 pounds to my next clippie, and 16 pounds to Onederland. Here I come...

I'm not surprised that I'm only down 1 pound this week, considering the amount of restaurant meals I enjoyed this week: chicken/shrimp fajitas on Tuesday (emotional eating, argh), salmon sandwich on Wednesday (followed by cake and ice cream!), pasta lunch on Saturday, HUGE brunch on Sunday, and Subway last night. I did all right at each meal (except the brunch, definitely ate too much), but obviously it was a bit too much for the week. Oh well, I'll just try to do better this week! :rolleyes:

I've officially signed up for my first race, 3.8 miles on April 4th. My goal is to run the entire way, and try to maintain a pace of 5 mph. I'm already nervous! :upsidedow I'm planning to run a "rehearsal" run this Friday, and I've already mapped out the course. Here's hoping I can actually make it!

Down 1.5lbs for me this week :Pinkbounc :bounce: Hoping to claim my 10lb clippie very shortly. Only 1lb left b4 i get there.

Kaye - maintaining is so much better than gaining - Have another glass of water on me and you'll lose for sure next week!::yes::
As for me.... I finally lost one pound! I think I've been stalled for almost a month now!

Checking in at same weight as last week. I didn't exercise much this week due to a nasty chest cold, so I'm happy to maintain.
 
Checking back in after skipping a few. After having gone up a few pounds and up a few more, I am now heading back in the right direction. I am down 2 over my last check-in. Everybody have a good week.
 
I've been goine from WISH for a while and it shows. I put on a few pounds from my lowest point in early December. Since then I've been losing and gaining the same 1-2 pounds.

Work and other things have just gotten in the way. Today is a new day and I'm going to try very hard to get back on the wagon and start losing again.:D
 
Down 2.2 pounds this week. Down 23 pounds since Jan. Hope to start walking more regularly! Where is spring hiding?
 
Well, after a 4 day vacation, I came home and weighed in at MINUS 2 LBS!!! That's 27 total, so far. I'm really surprised but, I guess all that water park activity must have helped with ALL those restaurant meals. I couldn't (and didn't) count my points but, I wrote everything down and, when I came home I plugged it all in online and, I was still under on my flex points for last week but, I'm already over my flex points for this week so, back to WATP videos and counting points daily. Not bad tho, imo. ;)

Here's to a LOSER week for all the WISHers! :teeth:
 
I was sooooo disappointed yesterday when I weighed in for the April Fools challenge. I was only down 1/2 lb. stuck at 24 1/2 lbs and 10.5 lb for my 11 lb goal for the challenge.
Today back on the scale 25 lb gone.

Despite having spent the last half the week at the hospital with my DD, I managed to lose 4lbs this week. That puts me 6lbs away from my 100lb clippie! :hyper:
