tiggerlover I'm glad that you are still maintaining your weight. Hope you can get back to counting your points again soon, though.
Hang in there, Hope all that stress is out of your life very soon, {{{HUGS}}} sweetie.
Sue & Co. Good for you getting rid of one of those extra pounds. I sure hope the BF is more kind to you than he is to me.
I'm glad you posted here this week, it shows me how determined you are.
wdwnutze Wouldn't you rather get smaller than lighter? Well, that's what you did this week. You got smaller. I think that's great. Concentrate on losing inches instead of pounds and you will see how successful you truly are, and you are successful.
Good job this week. I hope your scale reflects a loss for you by next check in. Be proud of yourself, I'm really proud of you.
lmhall2000 You showed a two pound loss despite TOM approaching? That is wonderful progress. Are you smiling and feeling proud? I'm smiling and feeling proud of you. You are a success!
Mermaid02 Way to go! Losing 1.8 pounds in just one week is wonderful progress. You are doing great with this weight loss stuff.
I'm proud of you, keep this up and you will be at goal before you know it.
Kabuli1 So, I go on and on, huh? I'll try to watch that.
2.5 pounds and 4 inches gone forever, what a terrific accomplishment. I'm proud of you. I'm glad you found a way to modify your eating plan so that it works best for you. You're doing great!
DixieDreamer Have I told you recently that you are my hero? You have learned to eat the Atkins way and been so successful that you are only 4 pounds from goal. I am planning to be just like you, it's true. If I ever get so close to goal, I want to lose the last few pounds very slowly.
You are a great example for me, Laura. I want to be just like you, when I grow up
bigsis1970 Your plan is interesting, I was curious about it. At the end of 5 weeks how much have you lost?
I'm glad that you've found a plan you can live with, that's most of the battle. I'll see if I can't get you some help adding the member clipart. I love seeing the clipart in the signatures of my support group.
scarlett873 Good attitude, I like it! Having a positive attitude is going to help you along that road to goal. I'm proud of you.
I'm glad you checked in this week even though you had a slight gain. That proves you are determined to stay the course. I never doubted that for a minute. You are a WISHer, after all
ead79 If you stayed on program, don't you think that there is a very good chance that you have been visited by the bloat fairy? It happens you know. Don't let it discourage you, just keep on keeping on. Perhaps your WW leader will be able to pinpoint any food "issues" you may be having by reading your journals. I suspect it's just the dirty work of the BF though.
I'm proud of you for checking in even though you showed a slight gain on the scale. It isn't as much fun as checking in when you have a weight loss to report but it shows that you are very motivated and determined.
Hang in there and I hope you are happier to check in next week.
MsDisney Way to go! So close to that 5 pound loss clipart, I'll bet you earn it by next week.
I love your enthusiasm and positive attitude. Those are both very valuable possessions and they help the rest of us stay positive, too.
Losing 4.5 pounds in one week is a great start. Be proud of yourself, we are all proud of you.
Lisa96 Fitting into clothing two sizes smaller than usual is just the greatest feeling, isn't it? Honey, I went something like 6 weeks right after I took the WISH challenge when I didn't show one ounce loss on the scale but I got smaller and that helped keep me motivated. You have helped me stay motivated today by posting about your success. I appreciate that.
Sometimes the scale doesn't show a loss no matter what we do or no matter how faithful to plan we have been. I'm glad you didn't allow that to discourage you. Great attitude you have there. I like it!
I hope you show a loss next check in but keep measuring, just in case

Be proud of yourself for not giving up. I'm sure proud of you.
Tiger Lily 03 Another pound gone forever and you are one inch smaller too. Way to go! Sounds like your dh is doing a great job getting healthier, too. That is great news.
Go buy yourself at least one outfit that fits you now. You've earned it and you deserve it. Don't keep wearing baggy clothing that can have a bad effect on you, I speak from experience.
You have a great attitude and you are right, getting the right "mind set" is a large part of our success. You are definitely a WISH success and I'm very proud of you. I hope you are feeling proud of yourself, too.
Wagamama WOOHOO!!! 2 more pounds gone forever. Sometimes we have to try different plans before we find the one that works best for us. You found your perfect plan and I'm so glad. The right plan makes the difference between success and failure. Since you are a WISHer failure is not an option and you are definitely a success. Great feeling, isn't it?
Be proud of yourself for finding the right plan and making it work. I'm proud of you!
Beanie When you buckle down, you really buckle down, don't you? I can see you have that terrific positive attitude and motivation, still. Another 2 pounds gone forever. Are you losing inches too? I'll bet you are. Almost time for a clipart upgrade. Your hard work is paying off.
You are a bright star, here on WISH, caring and helpful to others. I'm so glad that you are part of my support group. I sure hope you are feeling proud of yourself because all of your WISH friends are feeling proud of you.
disnygoof If you only gained .8 pounds, the bloat fairy likes you better than me, I never get off that easily
Remember, what happened last week is in the past and you can't change it so don't worry about it. Fuggedaboutit! It's over. What counts is what is going on "right now" and right now, you are determined, refocused on goal and motivated. I think that's great. I'll bet you show a loss next check in.
Thank you for posting here this week even though you showed a slight gain. It isn't fun to have to post a gain and I'm proud of you for being determined enough to do that, it helps me stay determined.
Claire4dpins Isn't it aggravating when our bodies just don't cooperate and follow any timeline we may have set to lose weight? It happens, though, don't let it get you too discouraged. However, losing a whole pound is wonderful, it's progress. Be proud of yourself for that success and celebrate it. I love celebrations it makes the task a little easier.
Step up your workouts, stay within the lower parameters of your plan and I'll bet you
show a larger loss soon. Just don't give up, you will never reach goal if you give up. Thank you for posting here today, even though you were not happy with your success. I'm pretty proud of you for doing that, be proud of yourself!
perfectmatch300 Well, look at you. You lost a whole pound even though you were not strictly on plan all week. You are doing so well. Get back on plan and watch out for that poison--refined carbohydrates. Those things will do you in ;-)
Your whole attitude has changed since you found a plan that works best for you. Your positive attitude and motivation shines through your words. I'm so happy and proud for you, be proud of yourself!
Mom2Princesses Another pound gone forever. You are doing so well. I love watermelon so I know what you mean. I have to be so careful not to eat too much but who can stop with 1/2 cup? How do you even measure 1/2 cup?
Be extra careful this week and I'll bet you earn that 20 pound loss clippie by next check in, you are just doing so well. I'm really proud of your progress and I'm so glad you are part of my support group.
msteddom Good attitude, I have a feeling that you are right and most of that gain is fluid, probably all of it is fluid. Glad you had a great vacation but I'm glad you are back home again and focused on goal.
Have a great week and be proud of yourself. A lot of people would not have posted to this thread when they showed a gain but the fact that you did proves that you are determined to reach goal. I'm so proud of you for that
ohMom Losing a pound when you are so close to goal is quite an accomplishment, sweetie.
I love your attitude and you are right, WISH does "rock". It is such a help to me to know that my support group is made up of people who face the very same challenges I face in this weight loss endeavor. Y'all all know exactly how I feel and I know how y'all feel, it's just amazing what a help that is to me.
I'm proud of you Molli. Some people would have become discouraged not seeing any real "weight loss" progress for so many weeks. The fact that you didn't give up is very motivating for me. You have inspired me and I'm very proud of you.
{{{HUGS}}} to your beautiful girls, even that really old one
Yes, I'm in WDW but none of you really believed that I wouldn't be reading this thread did you? I have not given up one minute of park time nor one second of fun. Reading this thread helps me stay motivated and being surrounded by all kinds of refined carbohydrates, I need that motivation.
Onward and downward, everyone! We are all on the road to goal!
