WISH Chatters Committment Week 3

i just wasn't on pc much this weekend, or last week I guess!

anyhow -- i did my 6 days of exercising last week. I hope to join chat tonight and this week I will be better about checking in. I guess I wasn't b/c exercising isn't my weakness as of now, it's snacking. hmmm.......maybe i'll think of my own chatter committment along that line instead.

today I did my 3 mile WATP and 8 mins in the morning.

evansmom -- I have done before like 40 mins heavy 20 mins of moderate and then totalled the two for my hours worth of exercise if I don't feel the entire time is the same intensity.

I did work in my exercise, just not on the TM. I did the Leslie Walk a Mile. It worked for me today as TOM hit pretty hard today and I was waiting for the med's to kick in.

Sorry I wasn't in chat long tonight, I just wanted to share with everyone that we are making committments.

Remember it doesn't have to be an exercise committment, it can be whatever type of committment you need it to be. Ohmom, yours can be the snacking, etc. Mine is still the exercise, but I added in eating breakfast, not eating past 9pm, etc. Just make it work for you.

I think that it is just a great way to but it down in writing and for me at least I feel more responsible and accountable especially when writing it down in front of others.
