If you would like to be a part of the WISH Biggest Loser 4 challenge then get on board. Please PM PRINCESS VIJA with some basic info so she can assign you a WISH buddy. Include how much total weight you need to lose to reach your goal, what weight loss method you are using, are you a mom, do you work outside the home, anything that will help her get a buddy with will be a good match for you.

Also please email your starting weight and DIS name to me, the weight keeper, at brenda@kbelectric.biz or blct@comcast.net. I promise this number will NEVER be revealed to anyone. Please email me ASAP but remember you can join in anytime.

I'm still on my roadtrip (I'm in Arkansas today, tomorrow is Tennessee) and unfortunately can not answer questions at this time. I will be back online Sunday and will contact you if needed.

I am so excited about this challenge and hope to make some serious progress on my personal weight loss journey this time around. I am looking forward to getting to know you all and will eagerly await the news of your progress each week.

My sister (postesf) let me know about this challenge and I would like to join. I have sent my information to the appropriate people, but just wanted to say thanks for letting me join in late (better late than never, right?) - besides, my sister is so PUSHY that she would never leave me in peace if I didn't join!!
