Hey DIS friends - I'm Bev, an old timer and MIA for quite some time! 
OhMom is my DD and Taylor my DGD - I'm joining in here to get my mojo going (again) - seems to be the same ol same ol - I do well then I stop doing the things that work !
So, one of my goals is journaling EVERY DAY - not the guessing I've allowed myself to settle into (again)
I'll be back tomorrow with my WI number and weight goal
Glad to be a part of the Oct challenge - thanks to the moderators and for the inspiration we can give to one another!

So I came to the September challenge with a big goal of dropping 10 pounds, and I did it! The next goal for me is to work on the last few pounds between where I am now and my official WW goal weight. Here goes!

I'm stuck at a desk all day at a job I REALLY don't like, but it pays the bills and allows us to make lots of trips to WDW!
I live for running and am currently in training for my second Wine and Dine Half in November and my first WDW Half in January. The DH and I love to scuba dive,
which I am sad to say we haven't done in WAY too long, and I'm usually up for just about any kind of physical activity.
I've been following WW Online for a year and a half and have found it to be the only plan that has ever worked for me.
No one but me actually considers me to be overweight, but since I have ongoing knee issues due to all my running, the less weight I have to carry, the happier I think they will be. 
to all our new and returning participants! I'm so happy to see each and every one of you.

Can't wait to have a minute to read everyone's introductions.... especially you newbies!!
