All this cold and snow got to me last weekend. We're buying 150 points at SSR through the Timeshare Store. We're under a thick fresh blanket of the white stuff in the 'burbs of Milwaukee.
We are from Reedsburg which is near Wisconsin Dells. We purchased our SSR points in 2005.
Our only regret is that we didn't purchase in 1998 when I first got information on DVC.
Five more weeks until our next trip to WDW, Yay!
We're about an hour north of Milwaukee, own at SSR since 2005. Had an awesome time there last year, and can't wait to go back this summer. First time at WDW in June. We're usually off-season types, so this should be intersting!!!
I think DVC should open a property/waterpark at the Dells before airfare to Orlando goes up too much!!!
Anyone trade out to any of the II properties up north?
TJ
Hey! I'm in northern IL now but I grew up in the Dells! My whole family still lives there! I keep trying to get my husband to go back there but for some reason he doesn't want to move north. On a day like today (we are expecting to have 12 - 14 inches of snow here) I can't blame him! I don't want to move where there is even MORE snow!![]()
Maybe the airport will be open by then!!![]()
I saw on another thread that Brett Favre owns 500 points at Beach Club. You can search at the orange county comptroller and see Brett's and Deanna's signatures on their deed. Even Multi Multi millionaires know a bargain when they see one!is there any dvc members from wisconsin, if so where are you deed at and where in wisconsin do you live??
We're from Muskego which is southwest of Milwaukee. We own at SSR, members since Jan. 2005![]()
hello neighbor!!!!! Are you going to the Doorway to dreams in ill? I am just wondering what the incentives are. We would like to buy more pts!! My husband and I have a farm market in new berlin. you might have gone there?
I know you were sending the above to someone else, but we'll be going down to Woodfield this weekend too, and don't know what to expect. We're pretty set with our points and love VWL, but it never hurts to look, does it?
