1) Complain about what?
2) They are delivering the service you want . . . WiFi.
3) Speed is relevant.
4) Like almost any cable company, few will guarantee speed.
NOTE: Unknown to most people . . . Unless you have a commercial-service modem supplied by the cable company, speed is never guaranteed. Commercial modems have priority over home-based modems, so they can almost always get the advertised speed. This is built into the modem, so the service automatically is placed before home-based units. (Example: The little shop immediately next to your house can be running at 50mps download, and your speed is slowed to 5mps during peek hours. Even though you are in front of the neighbor in the cable circuit line, they take precedence over you.)
