Wireless Internet at the Resorts

Although I don't expect to use my laptop much while on vacation, I am taking it with me. It is equipped for wireless internet. Do any of the resorts, or anywhere on property for that matter, have wireless internet stations? It would give my husband something to do while I pack and unpack...or primp. Either way, I knew you guys would have the answer.

Last time we stayed at the BCV, they had wireless in the lobby. I didn't try it from our room. The Swan had a weak wireless signal from the lobby.

I think most of the resorts have wireless in the lobby; not sure about all of the rooms. And it is not free...

I'm pretty sure all the convention resorts have wireless in the lobby and main pool area and convention areas. This would be Grand Floridian, Contemporary, Yacht/Beach, Boardwalk, Swan/Dolphin, possibly Coronado Springs, but would have to check on that one. I'm pretty sure it's $9.99 for a 24 hour period.

Don't know about wireless but the high speed in the room is $9.95 for a 24 hour period. I'd be interested in knowing how the wireless would work, would you just be charged for the period of time you are on, since it's in the lobby area?

I had my laptop @ the Contemporary last month, and I thought this was weird. I could stand outside my room and be able to access WiFi at a pretty good clip. The Second I walked into the room, the signal would die.

Now here's the weird thing, I could go out to my Balcony Outside at Night, and get a Perfect Signal!

CSR offers high speed internet and WiFi. $9.95 for 24 contiguous hours or $4.95 per hour.
