I know that WSL is serviced by the BB bus during the day but how late does bus service to WSL continue after BB has closed?

After Blizzard Beach closes, the only bus that services BB/WSL is the Epcot/Coronado route. So, you'd have to go to Epcot, and catch the Coronado bus. From BB, you'd catch the Epcot bus, and transfer at Epcot to get back to your resort.
