Does Disney usually offer a "predictable" winter type of promotion during the value periods in December, January, and/or February? (Not asking about the holiday period).

For example the free dining seems to have been offered for the past couple of years during the August-October period. Does Disney traditionally offer something during the winter value season?

There are usually room discounts. This year they had the buy 4 get 7 nights. YOu can check the historical info on offers on Mousesavers.com for all past and current offers.

Just some discounts here and there. They do not have a problem packing in the people during December or early Jan
