Usually the best incentives are around summer. The best “incentive” of the winter season is they like to raise prices early in the year and announce it before it happens.

On the Destiny right now and decided to place hold 150 more Poly points since this incentive round expires in a few days. We’ll see on 12/11 how things change, but at $196 pp (after MB) for 150 points it’s not a bad starting point for the Poly. Still plan on buying more points on the DVC member cruise next August.

If these incentives are good, we may pull the trigger on Poly early next year

So poly is the same price for the 150 points and Riv price is better than last incentive.

Poly slightly better for lower point buy in than last time. If I liked riv I would buy now. Not in a hurry to pull the trigger on poly at these prices. On second thought, Riv trending downwards makes me think it will continue to trend downward so I would wait on that too.

We will see if they announce a price increase in january and I may change my mind. Back on that resale train lol

And looks like a short incentive period with it only going to 2/9

Also looks like CFW has a "Additional Holiday Savings" for $1500, starting 100pts. It seems they've had some sort of $1500 incentive since the summer

VDH has a nice $1500 70th anniversary credit that brings 100 points lower now than during Welcome Home Weeks.

Hmmm. Maybe time to "wash" some resale CCV points. Anyone have any idea whether they typically offer magical beginnings on sold out resorts they put on sale? If they do, that makes me tempted. If not, well, the temptation probably goes away .
